CAFÉS AND BAKERIES

Know your regulars, drop the paper card.

The stamp card lives in the customer’s wallet. The barista scans the card and the stamp count goes up instantly. No more lost cards or cards forgotten in a drawer.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

Café questions

Will it slow down the counter at busy times?

The barista scans the customer’s QR code in staff mode and the visit is recorded with one tap. It is quicker than stamping a paper card.

How do we give out the reward?

When a card reaches its goal, it shows that the reward is ready. The barista taps “Redeem reward”, the redemption is recorded and the count resets.

Can I change the card colour and logo later?

Yes. Update them in the panel and choose “Publish to cards”, and the change reaches existing cards as well.

Do I need extra hardware?

A phone or tablet is enough. We do not touch your POS.

Will customers have to download an app?

No. They scan the QR code, tap “Add to Wallet” and the card lands on their phone. No account is created.

I have more than one location. Is that a problem?

One program runs across all your locations. Reports are broken down by the location where each visit was recorded.

One scan by the barista is all it takes.

Your regulars already have their phone in their pocket. Put your card there too; setup takes a few minutes.
