Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. They are used to make the site work properly, to remember your preferences or to collect usage statistics.
2. The cookies and storage we use
We only use cookies that are strictly necessary for the Service or that store a choice you have made. Under the ePrivacy rules these do not require consent, so the site does not show a cookie banner.
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These cookies keep you signed in. They are set only in the business dashboard and on other pages that require you to sign in (such as /setup). The public pages of the website (home, features, pricing and so on) do not set them.
montipass.session_tokenand relatedmontipass.*sign-in cookies: keep your session active; expire after 30 days.
2.2 Preference cookie
montipass_locale: remembers the language you chose (English or Turkish) for the sign-up, sign-in and dashboard screens; expires after 1 year.
2.3 Analytics
We use Umami to understand how the site is used. Umami is served from our own domain, so this data is not sent to an advertising or tracking network. It does not use cookies; it collects anonymised, aggregate statistics (such as page views and device type) and does not track individual users.
2.4 Local storage
In demo mode (/demo) and for some interface preferences (for example, whether a panel is open or closed), your browser’s local storage is used. This data stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.
3. Third-party cookies
The site does not use advertising network cookies, social media tracking pixels or similar third-party tracking technologies.
4. Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, you may not be able to use dashboard features such as signing in or managing a loyalty programme. The public pages of the website work normally even with cookies blocked.
5. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The current version is always published on this page.
6. Contact
